Today dawned bright and sunny as we left our cute airbnb with the little dutch breakfast of egg, bread and cheese.
As we traveled to our exciting discovery in Holwerd, we were getting used to 2 lane roads that are only 3 meters wide, including the bike path. It's definitely a game of chicken when meeting another local car going fast. We are the chicken that pulls off to the sidemost of the time.
There is almost always a canal on the edge with cows or sheep in the pasture and ducks,geese or swans (missed that shot) in the water.
