Phinda safari day 2

 heat and managed to find a few more of the big 5! These were white rhino however, not black. We had a nice view of the hippo in the water hole. Then the amazingly large African elephants(3 bulls) up close and personal. Those big flailing ears seemed threatening as you can tell by my reaction,  but our game scout, John, assured us he is more interested in eating and cooling himself with all the flapping. But still, he weighs more than twice our combined jeep and people weight. Then Daman with his wealth of bird knowledge😍
