Tour day seven - Nazareth and Cana

We had to hustle to fit in our last stops, the busy town of Nazareth

Reading from Luke when the angel visits Mary

The mother of Constantine had the original church built, this is all that is left of it

This church was built a few centuries later and celebrates Mary and the Christ child, with beautiful pieces from many countries

China, for April

The crypt is believed to be where Mary lived

Beautiful place

Lastly Cana, our guide had to beg to let us into this church as they were closing

The water jar believed to be where Jesus turned water to wine, the stones in the background are probably more significant
