Tour day four - part three

Our horticulture stop for today was another kibbutz that has been transformed to a mushav - with normal streets and individual homes. But this young owner left his electrical engineer job to live back home near his grandmother, a holocaust survivor from Poland, and start an organic vegetable farm.

So we grazed or way through his field

Then they invited us into their backyard for the shabbat meal, eaten after sunset. It was very specially prepared as you can see.

They blessed the bread and then the wine, lit the menorah and told what customs they hold to and why.

Enjoying the attention their little guy, dressed up as Ironman, came around and plastered us with his little stickers.

Loved it
