My little darlings got lots of love and affection last night at our church party.

The last two did finally get named last week, here is Beau and his sister is named Peep.

The boys got in on the action too, they have not been in the barn in a long time with all the maternity business going on. They appreciated getting their bellies full of the good stuff, served from many wiggly little hands.

There is nothing like wearing your party dress to the barn, her mama said since it was her birthday she insisted on wearing her best dress for the whole day. I like how she thinks!

Oh, yes, there were a few teens in the group as well, they hid all the eggs for the little ones. A job much appreciated since it was not the most lovely or balmy weather out there.

Teens are still little kids when it comes to lambs.

Here are the egg hunters waiting for the signal to start. And yes, those lovely Easter baskets are really nursery pots.
They will get some prettier ones on Sunday but these last minute inventions worked pretty well.

And they're off!

I made them stop and count to 50 after each 6 eggs they found, that was hilarious.

Happy Birthday, Easter Lillie.

Happy Easter, everyone!
