I can eat them whenever I want

Hubby came home with 2 bags of yummy mushrooms, shiitake and another kind. He got them from a friend, a trusted friend - which is important when it comes to such hand-picked specialties.

They are such a treat that I had to photograph them, aren't they so pretty?

And the aroma of them sizzling in the pan, oh my.

Stir in some eggs, top with cheese, and it was a fine Saturday brunch for the two of us.
