We had no idea when we set out Sunday morning what adventure awaited. April told us her friend from Jr High was Hazak and their family would cook lamb for us. After an hour drive into yet another mountain range we arrive at a sort of Chinese dude ranch with a mountain nomadic theme! You get your own yurt, dining tent, Bbq thing and this family serves you. It goes like this: eat melon, pick out your sheep, then blood, while it's being prepared you hike a little, then the kebabs are ready for your first course, more melon, next is horse rides that take you to a beautiful waterfall, lastly you all gather around the final low table for the remaining lamb dishes and sides. Oh, and lots of toasts, which get translated to many sweet words and well wishes. What a great last full day, Monday we go to or last city.
