The skies have cleared, thankfully, and this youngun invited us to his latest interest - sailing! Not sailing- just because, but sailing- to win the race!
His job is to be the agile team member that clings to the front edge of the boat and adjust this jib and that spinaker so they can edge in front of the other competitors.
I did confirm that he wears a life jacket some of the time.
The wind was barely cooperating so any wrong move was very costly in terms of speed.
And now we have lost sight of him and his team, but I'm sure he's doing his job very well.
And us spectators did our job the best we could manage!
