The end of the trail

Last fall when hubby and I went hiking in the gorgeous gorge we made it part way up the trail that leads to this.
This falls is named Tunnel for obvious reasons. I wish I could have seen it but my legs just said no, not now, maybe not ever.

But our guys went back a few weeks ago and brought home the photos.

It is probably one of my favorite trails ever. So soft and moss covered, yet rugged and treacherous at the same time.
