A Sister by Your Side

I am sitting here at this beautiful sunset next to our room and listening to Muslim evening prayers in the distance. Feeling overwhelmed at how to begin to understand this mission work here, the great needs, the strategy and the weeklong training that begins tomorrow for a team that will go out to villages. 

My day looked like this: sit in on preschool

And learn names and colors and a few other nouns in portugese, try African matapa ( greens with peanut sauce and coconut over rice) for lunch, watch the laminator we brought get tested out,  go shopping and watch hubby fix flat tire,  listen to the scope of 20 years of mission work of our new English friends(trainers for tomorrow's class).
