We had to travel very early this morning to fly to Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh city), city of 10 mil with 6 mil motorbikes. We headed out to the Mekong delta, mostly on different watercraft and also a tuc tuc, a motorcycle with a 6 person box in the back. The river(s) backfill with seawater a long way inland. (And their is a typhoon coming this weekend) Then a honey farm, coconut candy making, and a lunch under a pillapa served by a local family. Oh and they served rat, the rice field variety!
