It's been expected for some time. Contemplated often. But when the time came there was no deliberating, just a quick goodby.
When the cancer was discovered it had already won. Many of her days seemed almost too long for living. Our sweet Tygger is not laying at the doorstep any more and our walks around the property are gonna be lonely for some time.
