The new Farm

This has been a week of bonding with our new location. There's the winter creek view from the windows of the farmhouse for one thing.
But also with the new geometry going on in youngest daughter's room.

Middle daughter, on the other hand, is not sure she can bond to the only room left for her.

Speculation

When we have this much snow (left from Monday) we call off school - for the whole day. But we're gonna get snow today, maybe. But it might be rain, or freezing rain, maybe.

But we knew this would maybe happen. So we invited friends over in advance of the maybe snow. So we could play!

Not until after the celebrating of these two birthday kids do we move on to Christmas festivities. It was a very full day so we had to squeeze in a birthday breakfast!!
